Also, keep in mind my time is limited during visits, I don't entertain last minute guests and same day requests require an addititional fee of $300

• and need to cancel within 48 hours, I will refund 1/2 of your deposit
• last minute cancels and no-shows forefit entire deposit.
• No-shows have to pay entire amount upfront to reschedule
• if I have to cancel, I will refund entire amount
